Job Location: 1840 Gateway Drive, 3rd Floor, San Mateo, CA 94404 (Telecommuting is available).

Job Duties:
Implement and deliver Commercial and Medical Affair applications (CRMs, Customer Master, Commercial Data Warehouse, Dashboard/Re orting/Analytic tools) to meet the various Commercial team’s requirements and BeiGene’s business needs;
Facilitate sessions for Requirements gathering and design/configuration workshops;
Manage effective Support and Operations of Commercial operations and Medical Affairs systems;
Liaise with vendors, Field teams, Functional partners, Commercial team partners, and the business to coordinate implementation activities;
Serve as a Technology expert helping define and evolve IT strategic Technology Roadmap;
Configure and support of PromoMats and MedComms Veeva Vault systems; and
Manage System access for users and serve as System Manager on IT Change Control Boards.
Requirements:
Employer requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field and at least six (6) years of progressively more responsible work experience in any occupation providing experience in IT Design, Implementation, & Analytics (i.e. delivering solutions, configuring changes, and providing analyses).
In addition, the employer requires the following:
Demonstrated ability with software development lifecycle (SDLC) gained through four (4) years of work experience;
Demonstrated ability working with IT Operations for business users in the pharmaceutical or life science industries gained through four (4) years of work experience; and
Demonstrated ability working with Enterprise Applications, specifically Veeva Vault, Workday, Concur, SAP, JIRA, Oracle, ComplianceWire or Microsoft 365 gained through four (4) years of work experience.
All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
The selected candidate will earn a wage of $171,000 -$210,000per year.
